Ana Alcaide – Sephardic Moon
Ana Alcaide – Sephardic Moon
Ana Alcaide’s music is often referred to as Toledo’s accompanying music as it is inspired by her favorite town, Toledo. She also draws on the tale of Sephardic Jews and the traditions of the Mediterranean, but accompanies them with the nyckelharpa, a Swedish key fiddle. This concert will feature the artist and her band Sephardic Moon as they introduce the audience to this unique world, alternative history, and otherworldly music.
