Ifjú Szivek String Quartet – PaCoRa Trio
Ifjú Szivek String Quartet – PaCoRa Trio
A performance by a Slovakian ethno jazz band and a Hungarian ensemble based in Slovakia, both seeking inspiration from traditional folk music. The Slovakian/Moldavian PaCoRa Trio plays East-Central European ethno jazz, while the Ifjú Szivek (“Young Hearts”) Traditional String Quartet is the accompanying orchestra of the Bratislavan Ifjú Szivek Táncszínház (“Young Hearts Dance Theatre”) as well as independent creators who arrange Hungarian folk music. This is the first joint concert of the two bands on request of the House of Music, Hungary.
